PAYMENT SECURITY

All of our online transactions are processed securely by our merchant service provider, Stripe Express. Your credit card number will be encrypted when your order is placed using SSL encryption software. Our merchant providers then inform us, via the encryption system, the outcome of that transaction. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

DELIVERY & CARRIAGE CHARGES

Shipping via DPD: Ireland: €8, UK & Northern Ireland: €16, EU countries: €29 DPD Parcel Tracking Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 working days and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which may change without notice.

Orders to be delivered to Ireland will usually be delivered the next working day. Orders to other EU countries and UK usually take up to 7 business days.

The delivery timescales above are guidelines only and may be subject to change without notice. Our courier will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. Somebody must be present to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. 

If there is nobody present to accept your order on the scheduled delivery date, our couriers will usually rearrange delivery once. Orders with repeated delivery failures may be returned to us and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our couriers for redirecting your delivery.

Please check goods on delivery; any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us as soon as possible. Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Deliveries are made on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. Please notify us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place the order.

Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, our couriers may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as breakdowns, accidents, floods, fires, storms, severe weather, acts of God, war, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right for you as soon as possible however, we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods

Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
